Getting stronger and fitter is about finding the right balance between strength and flexibility training. The water is the ideal environment to train our muscles both ways. Feel the difference between strong, powerfull moves to gain strength and experience the relaxing feeling of the same movement, but in a nice fluent way. Enjoy this “interval-kind-off” workout were we combine 2 different but important ways of training.
